Ross oversees all of the residential staff including Counselor Assistants, Chefs, Maintenance and Housekeeping, working closely with the clinical team to address all program operation needs. Ross has held numerous positions in the recovery field for affluent populations since 2007, including Clinical Support Director, Residential Manager, Group Counselor, Case Manager, Neurofeedback Technician, and was the owner of his own sober living facility in Malibu, California. Ross is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Masters Level Addiction Professional, having received his Drug and Alcohol Counseling Certification from Loyola Marymount University. He is also a graduate of Antioch University, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, received a Masters in Clinical Social Work from Barry University in Miami, Florida and his Masters in Health Administration at Florida Atlantic University, in Boca Raton, FL.
